If you try a search for "lazy design" on useit.com you will see a search engine that hasn't seen a usability testing session this side of the millenium. One of Jakob's e-commerce guidelines states that you should have a clear returns policy prominently available on your site. You won't find one on nngroup.com. Every time Jakob has one of these public outbursts his credibility drops a little bit more. Like The Incredible Shrinking Man, Mr Nielsen's voice will soon be no more than a distant whine if he continues to come across like a little hitler.
