"What if all you have is your cell phone with a camera in it? You could just zap a picture of whatever text you wanted to reuse," said Viola. "Let's say you were on a business trip and wanted to input the information from the business cards you collected into Outlook contacts. It would be great if you could take a picture of them with your camera phone and download them directly into Outlook without typing anything. We're actively working in that area." It's a challenging problem, because camera phone images have lower resolution than scanned documents.
