Architects donít rely on user testing when they build buildings. It is just not practical. They learn from those who have come before them through books, classes and lots of studying and practice. The concepts of building useful and accessible buildings are ingrained in their discipline. The difference is, unlike the construction of buildings, we can start building Web sites with very little knowledge.
