Users and user study methodology: the JUBILEE project (18 Jan 2004)
At its most general level, the information provider's goal is to create a situation where users, academics and students, will use information seamlessly, irrespective of type or source, with confidence and trusting in its quality, in support of their learning and leisure. An individual's success criteria for information searching will be linked to achieving that goal personally.
