New Theoretical Approaches for HCI (.pdf) (09 Jan 2004)
A problem with allowing a field to expand in this eclectic way is that it can easily get out of control. No=one really knows what its purpose is anymore or indeed what criteria to use to assess its contribution and value to knowledge and practise.
