We Are All Connected: The Path from Architecture to Information Architecture (10 Nov 2003)
Most of the time we draw information from firsthand experience - when we do things, visit places, and meet people, we gain information and experience. Knowing that there are connections among the ways people get information, we should at least acknowledge and design for them. Better yet, we should try to create and design the connections themselves, in order to improve this flow of information and bridge any missing links. After all, we are all connected.
